Customer Service Representatives/Office Admin Assist. (currently 3 openings)
Our company currently has several openings in the Customer Service Department. We are seeking qualified individuals to provide customer service to patients. Applicants must have a minimum of a B.Sc. degree in the life sciences with some sales experience. Previous molecular biology experience preferred. Training and mentorship will be provided to allow the successful applicant to be fully familiar with our laboratory and procedures.
Essential duties for this position include the following:
- Communicate with patients by telephone to receive and close orders. Fill out appropriate forms for clients, prepare records and issue testing orders.
- Schedule appointments for patients for specimen collection at our 3000 collection sites throughout North America.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
